Hello! I’m glad you have stopped by my website.
My name is Christine Greenwald, and I am a therapist and writer. I am a fully licensed mental health counselor in the state of Ohio. In my therapeutic practice, I specialize in helping people recover from complex trauma of various origins that has caused shame, anxiety, guilt, depression, relationship issues, and more. In my writing, I focus particularly on religious trauma and its psychological and spiritual impacts.
As a therapist, I often work with women who are moms, whether of older kids or little ones. I also see many teenage girls. I help people who are navigating depression, anxiety, social anxiety, relationship issues, family issues (partners, parents, or children), and anger.
I am a married mom of a toddler with another little one on the way (hopefully I remember to update this after their arrival, lol!). I enjoy being both able to work and spend time being a mom at home, and I’m lucky enough to be able to do the career I love part-time during this phase of my life. My biggest hobby I engage in is running – you can often find me covering ground on the sidewalks and trail near my house.
I dream of being a published author and continuing to grow my skills as a therapist!
